Coaches — Create your team
Create a Team
Download the app on the App Store, Google Play, or use the web app to create your account.
Navigate to the Team section using the main navigation bar.
Set up your team by adding your team name, sport, and team profile details.
Onboard Athletes
Option 1: Team Code (Recommended for Bulk Onboarding)
Find your unique Team Code within the Team Roster tab and share it with your athletes.
Athletes can join by entering the Team Code when onboarding.
For security purposes, coaches must approve all join requests before athletes are added to the team.
Option 2: Direct Invite
Navigate to the Team Roster tab and click the + button in the top right corner.
Enter the athlete’s email address to send an invite.
Athletes will receive a notification and must accept the invitation to join the team.
Onboard Coaches
Invite coaches using either athlete onboarding method above.
Once added to the team, update their role within the Team Roster to grant coach access.
Athletes — Join your team
Create an Account
Download the app on the App Store, Google Play, or use the web app to create your account.
During account creation, you may see a page asking for a unique Team Code.
If your coach shared a Team Code with you, enter it during onboarding.
Once submitted, your coach must approve your request before you are added to the team.
Join a Team After Account Creation
Navigate to the Team section using the main navigation bar.
Select Join Team and enter the unique Team Code provided by your coach.
Your coach must approve your request before you are added to the team.
Join via Direct Invite
Your coach can also invite you directly.
Coaches can navigate to the Team Roster tab, click the + button in the top right corner, and send an invite using your email address.
You will receive a notification and must accept the invitation to join the team.
Parents — become a guardian
Create a Guardian Account
Download the app on the App Store, Google Play, or use the web app to create your account.
During account creation, you will see an option to create an account as a Guardian — select this option.
You will then be prompted to request access to an existing athlete account by entering the athlete’s email address.
Enter your athlete’s email and complete the rest of the account creation process.
Once submitted, your athlete must approve your request before you are connected as their Guardian.
Become a Guardian After Account Creation
If you already have an account, your athlete can add you as a Guardian at any time.
Your athlete should navigate to Profile → Guardians & Supervision.
Under the My Guardians section, they can enter your email address to send you an invitation.
You will receive a notification and must accept the invitation to become their Guardian.
